The public ballot for 2027 ran 24 Apr – 1 May 2026, with results on 9 Jul 2026.

Results were sent by early July 2026. Over a million applications are typical. The 2028 ballot is expected to open right after the 2027 race, in late April 2027.

One-off two-day event on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 April 2027 (about 50,000 runners each day).
